Rules and Regulations

Registration :

Registration form given along with the prospectus must be filled in and submitted at the school reception offline or online within the specified dates/time.

Registration does not ensure admission, which is subject to availability of seats and merit of the applicant.

Registration fee is non refundable.

25% seats are reserved for disadvantage groups and weaker sections in class I under RTE Act.

Admission for Nursery to IX & XI :

Interaction with the student and the parent is held on the given date and time.

Children are observed while playing with blocks, puzzles and games for pre primary.

Admission Results and Related Formalities :

Once the applicant has been declared successful by the school authorities, the following formalities need to be completed.

Submission of the carefully and neatly filled in Admission form.

Certificate of date of birth of the candidate issued by the municipal corporation/local bodies (Original + photocopy) for classes Nursery to Prep. Aadhar Card (Photostat Copy) of student if available.

 For classes I and above, transfer certificate from the instituion last attended, duly countersigned by Directorate of Education has to be submitted. Marks statement (Attested Photostat Copy) 2 Passport size photos of student. 

Withdrawal :

  • Parents have to submit application for withdrawal of their wards one week in advance.
  • A student can also be asked to leave the school on any of the following grounds:
  • Cause of any indiscipline.
  • Use of unfair means in Assessment.
  • Long absence without information.

Fee Payment :
Fee of student will be paid via online mode (Paytm / School App) as well as offline mode.    

Payment of Fee is to be made in four installments as given below :

1st Installment (April to June) – To be paid in the month of April.

           2nd Installment (July to September) – To be paid in the month of July.

           3rd Installment (October to December) – To be paid in the month of October.

           4th Installment (January to March) – To be paid in the month of January.

At the time of admission, the first Installment of fee along with Admission Fee and other Annual Charges will have to be paid. All tution fee are otherwise payable by the 10th of relevant month.

           The School Management Committee reservers the right to change its fee structure

Refund of Fees :
                   All fees, once paid are not refundable for any reason whatsoever. Only caution money will be refunded after making necessary adjustments required.
